The location of this hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. The Christmas decorations were lovely and really put us in the holiday spirit. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed.
Our stay at the hotel also had some downsides. The room was outdated and had some maintenance issues that weren't addressed during our stay.
